That’s why we offer a free professional inspection with every HVAC and air duct maintenance visit—no pressure, no hidden fees. Our technicians begin every service with a thorough visual assessment of your HVAC system and ductwork. This inspection helps identify dust buildup, airflow restrictions, mold, or damage that may affect system performance or indoor air quality. While the inspection itself is free, any cleaning or maintenance work will be quoted before we begin—ensuring full transparency and homeowner approval. What to Expect: The free inspection includes accessible HVAC components and duct system areas. It does not include disassembly of equipment or use of internal camera systems unless discussed in advance. If our technician identifies any immediate health or safety concerns (such as mold, disconnected ductwork, or excessive buildup), they will inform the homeowner and recommend next steps. Inaccessible or unsafe areas (e.g. attics, crawl spaces, or sealed units) may limit the scope of the inspection. In such cases, our technician will advise on safe options and proceed only with homeowner consent. Cleaning & Maintenance Services: Once approved, our maintenance and duct cleaning services include: High-powered HEPA-filtered vacuum removal of dust and debris Safe agitation tools to clean inside supply and return ducts HVAC coil and blower maintenance (if applicable) Optional deodorizing or antimicrobial treatment Performance check of airflow and basic system condition Important Notes: Our technicians are licensed, insured, and follow all applicable safety and building code standards. Homeowners must provide safe access to all vents, registers, HVAC units, and work areas. We do not clean systems that are actively leaking, unsafe, or infested unless repairs are completed first. If additional repairs are needed, a separate quote will be provided, and no further work will be done without homeowner approval.
