Our Process Includes: Full system cleaning using high-powered vacuums and professional agitation tools Visual inspection of the duct line and termination hood Airflow performance check before and after service Debris and blockage removal, including lint buildup and minor obstructions What We Ask of You: To ensure a safe, smooth, and complete cleaning: Please provide clear access to the dryer and its venting system (including attic or crawlspace access if applicable). For stacked units or appliances in tight spaces, additional time or equipment may be required. If a damaged duct, animal nest, disconnected line, or fire hazard is found, we will stop work immediately, inform you, and offer a separate repair quote if applicable. Limitations & Safety: We do not clean dryer vents that are inaccessible, unsafe, actively leaking, or infested until hazards are resolved. Our technicians will never perform repairs, cut access holes, or disconnect gas appliances without homeowner approval. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
