Please note: our inspections do not include internal video scans, sweeping, or repairs unless specified. If our technician identifies any hazard, blockage, or code violation, they may recommend discontinuing use of the chimney until necessary repairs are completed. If a cleaning is needed, we offer full chimney sweeping services to remove soot, creosote, and debris—restoring safe airflow and improving fireplace performance. Any unexpected findings (such as animal nests, excess buildup, or structural obstructions) are handled transparently, with upfront pricing before proceeding.
